Welcome to the NAU Club Dashboard — your all-in-one platform for managing club activities, members, reports, finance, and content.

Dashboard Overview
Your club performance at a glance
Purpose
The Overview page gives you a real-time summary of your club's performance, pending tasks, and activity status — all in one view.
What's included
  • Total active members count
  • Activities completed this academic year
  • Pending reports awaiting upload
  • Active tasks and deadlines
  • Current star rating (AY 2025–26)
  • Recent notifications and alerts
How to use
  • Check the Overview daily to stay on top of pending actions
  • Use stat cards to quickly identify what needs attention
  • Click any card to navigate to the relevant module directly
My Profile
Manage your personal information
What you can do
  • Edit your contact information and display name
  • Update your password and security settings
  • Upload or change your profile photo
  • View your assigned role within the club
Important rules
  • Your role cannot be changed from this page — contact your admin
  • Email address changes may require verification
  • Keep your contact details up to date at all times
My Club
Manage your club's structure and team
Purpose
This section lets you manage all club-level information — from basic details to your leadership hierarchy and meeting records.
Sections available
  • Club Details — name, description, contact
  • Leadership — president, VP, coordinators
  • Members — full member list and roles
  • Meetings — records and minutes
How to use
  • Keep club details and leadership updated each semester
  • Add new members as they join the team
  • Log meeting records after each club meeting
NAU Identity
Guidelines and values of the NAU network
Purpose
The NAU Identity page defines the foundational principles and brand guidelines that all NAU member clubs must follow. It is a read-only reference.
Includes
  • NAU's vision and mission statements
  • Core values and principles
  • Branding and communication guidelines
  • Code of conduct for all members
This section is read-only and cannot be edited by club members. Contact your NAU administrator for any clarifications on guidelines.
Activity Management
Four modules to manage all your club activities
Activity Management is split into four sub-modules. Each serves a different purpose — understand which one to use for what.

The master view of all activities across the academic year.

Create new event proposals that require admin approval.

Pre-loaded awareness days with event planning tools.

  • Full lifecycle control (draft → complete)

Activity Calendar
Track all activities across the academic year
What you can do
  • View all scheduled activities in a list or calendar view
  • Filter by month, category, or status
  • Upload post-event reports for completed activities
  • Check real-time status of each event
Key fields
  • Date — scheduled date of the activity
  • Status — Planned, Ongoing, Completed, etc.
  • Report — upload button for post-event report
  • Participants — expected vs. actual count
Proposed Events
Plan and submit new events for admin approval
Purpose
Proposed Events is where you create formal event proposals that require review and approval from your NAU administrator before they become scheduled activities.
What you can do
  • Create new event proposals with full details
  • Track approval status in real time
  • Edit and resubmit proposals that are rejected
  • View admin feedback on rejections

Once an event is approved, it cannot be deleted. You can only edit events that are in Draft or Rejected status.
Celebration Days
Manage awareness and mental health days
What you can do
  • View all pre-loaded global awareness days
  • Plan events linked to specific days
  • Upload content — posters, photos, summaries
  • Add your own custom celebration days
  • Track event status for each day
Day types
⭐ Pre-loadedFixed days — cannot be deleted
+ CustomYour own days — fully editable
Pre-loaded days (World Mental Health Day etc.) cannot be edited or deleted.
Self-Driven Activities
Create and manage activities without any approval
No approval required — your team owns the full lifecycle of these activities from creation to report submission.
What you can do
  • Add activities immediately — no waiting for approval
  • Save as Draft and come back later
  • Manage status: Draft → Planned → Ongoing → Completed
  • Upload reports directly after completion
  • Edit or delete activities at any time

Reports must include outcomes, participant count, and key highlights. Incomplete reports may be rejected by the reviewer.
Finance & Budget
Track expenses, budgets, and financial approvals
What you can do
  • Add expenses and log financial transactions
  • Upload bills and payment receipts
  • Track budget allocation vs. actual spending
  • Monitor approval status of expenses
How to use
  • Log every expense immediately after it occurs
  • Always attach a scanned bill or receipt
  • Check approval status before spending further
  • Keep finance records updated monthly
Content & Social Media
Manage posts, creatives, and social media tracking
What you can do
  • Create and schedule content posts
  • Upload poster designs and creative assets
  • Track which posts have been published
  • Log social media performance data
Best practices
  • Always upload a poster before the event date
  • Post on social media on the day of the event
  • Log reach and engagement data after posting
  • Tag all content with the correct activity it belongs to
